Position Title: Tours and Travel Associate

Role Purpose

The Tours and Travel Associate ensures smooth travel arrangements for clients by managing bookings, logistics, and documentation while adhering to company policies and client preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer service: Handle inquiries, provide travel advice, and resolve client issues.

  • Trip planning: Design itineraries for safaris, holidays, and corporate trips.

  • Ticketing & reservations: Book flights, hotels, and transport.

  • Visa & documentation: Guide clients through visa applications and insurance.

  • Policy compliance: Ensure bookings align with corporate travel rules.

  • Sales support: Upsell packages and promote premium services.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Tourism ManagementHospitality, or Travel Management.

  • Proficiency in GDS software (Amadeus, Sabre).

  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in travel agencies or hospitality.
