Ticketing & reservations: Book flights, hotels, and transport.
Visa & documentation: Guide clients through visa applications and insurance.
Policy compliance: Ensure bookings align with corporate travel rules.
Sales support: Upsell packages and promote premium services.
Diploma/Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or Travel Management.
Proficiency in GDS software (Amadeus, Sabre).
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
1–3 years’ experience in travel agencies or hospitality.
