Sales Lead – Distribution
Expand our FMCG distribution network
Build strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients
Sales Lead – Supermarkets
Maximize supermarket performance through effective staff management, merchandising, and promotions
Enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement aggressive sales and growth strategies
Set clear targets, monitor performance, and hold teams accountable
Motivate, coach, and mentor staff to foster a high-performance culture
Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
Ensure smooth daily operations with efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Collaborate with the Director to drive profitability and business expansion
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field
5+ years’ experience in FMCG sales leadership, retail management, or distribution
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
Excellent leadership and team management skills across multiple outlets
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
Hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
