About the Client

Our client is a reputable financial services institution that provides savings, credit, and investment solutions to chamas, groups, and individual members. To support efficient office operations, the organization is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join their team at the head office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and assist visitors courteously.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office and workspaces.

  • Handle messenger duties and run office errands as required.

  • Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office records.

  • Support basic data entry and documentation tasks.

  • Ensure availability of office supplies and refreshments.

  • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

  • KCSE Certificate; a certificate in Office Management, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage.

  • At least 1 year of experience in office support or administrative work.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and email).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Neat, dependable, and self-motivated.
