To support efficient office operations, the organization is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join their team at the head office.
Answer and direct phone calls and assist visitors courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office and workspaces.
Handle messenger duties and run office errands as required.
Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office records.
Support basic data entry and documentation tasks.
Ensure availability of office supplies and refreshments.
Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
KCSE Certificate; a certificate in Office Management, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in office support or administrative work.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and email).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Neat, dependable, and self-motivated.
