About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable and fast-growing real estate development company based in Nairobi. The company specializes in the development and sale of premium residential homes tailored for modern lifestyles. They are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to lead high-value property sales, digital outreach, and exceptional client engagement — including premium show house tours and professional presentations to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective homebuyers through direct marketing and digital channels
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline and convert leads into successful sales
- Conduct exclusive show house tours, communicating lifestyle and property value
- Deliver professional presentations to clients, corporate buyers, financial institutions, and stakeholders
- Advise clients on financing options, including mortgages, refinancing, and KMRC-linked products
- Manage the full sales process: from inquiry to documentation and closing
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and listing platforms
- Maintain up-to-date online listings and create engaging marketing content
- Use property management and CRM software to manage leads and client records
- Liaise with mortgage providers, lawyers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record in high-value property transactions
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, CRMs)
- Familiarity with property management software and lead management systems
- Knowledge of KMRC (Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company) processes and products is a key advantage
- Deep understanding of Nairobi’s real estate and home financing landscape
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic content creation tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Nairobi and its environs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Valid Real Estate Agent’s License is an added advantage
- Experience working with mortgage lenders and legal conveyancing professionals
