Job Description

 

Job Purpose
To provide front-office administrative support, ensuring effective communication, record-keeping, and customer service for learners, parents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the school’s front desk operations.
  • Receive and direct visitors, parents, and learners courteously.
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and record management.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling school information.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ICT literacy and proficiency in office software.
  • Previous experience in a school or office environment preferred.
