Job Purpose To provide front-office administrative support, ensuring effective communication, record-keeping, and customer service for learners, parents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the school’s front desk operations.
Receive and direct visitors, parents, and learners courteously.
Handle telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and record management.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling school information.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ICT literacy and proficiency in office software.
Previous experience in a school or office environment preferred.
