Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Restaurant Manager with strong knowledge in kitchen operations and service management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading teams, and ensuring high standards of efficiency and customer service.
Oversee and manage overall daily operations.
Supervise kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth coordination.
Ensure quality control in food preparation and customer service delivery.
Manage staff performance, scheduling, and discipline.
Monitor stock levels, procurement, and inventory control.
Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Monitor sales performance and control operational costs.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar managerial role.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and service management.
Minimum age: 35 years.
Computer literate (MS Office, POS systems, email communication).
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
