Job Description

Reports To: Resort Operations Supervisor
Key Duties:
- Operate and maintain resort boats safely, ensuring guest enjoyment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Supervise swimming pool areas, monitor guest activities, and enforce pool rules.
- Conduct routine safety checks on boats, pool equipment, and water quality.
- Provide life-saving assistance and first aid when necessary.
- Assist guests with equipment, offer guidance on water activities, and deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Certified in swimming and lifesaving techniques; First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
- Experience in boat handling and pool supervision.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
Working Conditions:
- Outdoor environment with exposure to sun, water, and varying weather conditions.
- Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
KPIs:
- Zero safety incidents reported.
- Positive guest feedback scores.
- Compliance with water safety and maintenance standards.
- Timely reporting and resolution of equipment issues.
