Assessment: Design and administer competency-based assessments, portfolios, and projects.
Practical Application: Integrate real-life business scenarios, case studies, and mathematical problem-solving into lessons.

Record Keeping: Maintain learner progress records, assessment data, and reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) specializing in Mathematics and Business Studies, or equivalent.
Training in CBC pedagogy and assessment strategies.
Registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
