1. Have a strong resume

When conducting a job search it is important to have well-articulated and detailed resume. Your resume should be as per the current standards. It should be attractive and also easy to read. The job market has drastically changed. As a job seeker you need to have an open mindset, you may not get the salary you want or the work you have always loved. But instead of looking at it in a negative way look at the positive side, the opportunities, the new skills you’re likely going to learn outside your expertise. Open yourself to new things, because as you know new things have a way of bringing new skills and connections.
